This is the ugly face of the nation. Many despise it and only a few love it. For the lawbreakers, the slums are their paradise where they steal food, money, and even clothing from low class citizens. This is the place where the law of the nation has the least influence, so it’s rare to see soldiers keeping order in slums unless it’s a state of emergency.
